Quiet~Air Acoustic Baffles

are specifically designed for clean environments, especially in the beverage, food & pharmaceutical industries. The product offers good absorption values in particular for frequency ranges above 500Hz. Quiet~Air baffles are manufactured using a melamine foam.
This combines the acoustic & thermal insulation qualities of open cell foam with the advantageous properties of melamine resins. Melamine resins offer excellent fire performance as well as resistance to temperature and chemicals. Furthermore, being halide free, the foam when exposed to a naked flame, or extreme heat, does not emit any of the toxic bi-products normally associated with conventional polyurethane based acoustic foams.

Quiet~Air Acoustic Baffles are encapsulated in a sewn bag manufactured from a polymer spun bonded fabric which can be printed with trade names, pictures or patterns. The product has two eyelet’s on the top and can be fitted using any conventional suspension system.
